Directions

JPIA Commission on Elections - CVSU Chapter The electoral commission shall have the following duties and power in pursuant to Article XIV Section 3 of JPIA-CvSU Constitutional by-laws:

a.
(1)

The CvSU-JPIA Commission on Elections (COMELEC), created through Board Resolution No. 3, Series of 2022, will supervise and conduct the electoral process of the officers for the executive office. It shall be the duty of the COMELEC to conduct election in an efficient and effective manner;
b. Such election shall be based on established procedures duly promulgated by the COMELEC;
c. Be the sole judge of all election protests that shall include objections to the qualifications of the candidates, protests on the conduct of election campaign, casting of votes, canvassing of votes, and violation of rules and regulations;
d. Report the result of the election to the members; and
e. Shall be given reasonable benefit for the purpose of discharging their function. The current Commission on Elections, serving for Academic Year 2022 โ€“ 2023, are as follows:
