We realized that unity isnโ€™t about being the sameโ€”๐™ž๐™ฉโ€™๐™จ ๐™–๐™—๐™ค๐™ช๐™ฉ ๐™ช๐™ฃ๐™™๐™š๐™ง๐™จ๐™ฉ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™™๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ, ๐™–๐™™๐™–๐™ฅ๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ, ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™™ ๐™—๐™š๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐™ค๐™ฅ๐™š๐™ฃ ๐™ฉ๐™ค ๐™ค๐™ฃ๐™š ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™ค๐™ฉ๐™๐™š๐™ง. Remember: You are human, mistakes and exhaustion are part of the journey, but they never define your worth-there is always room for growth.

Last ๐๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ฆ๐›๐ž๐ซ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ•, the General Assembly reminded us of this truth. Through singing, dancing, asking questions, and connecting with others during โ€œOba Obe,โ€ we discovered not only more about people but also about ourselves. The greatest lesson we carried home was that mental wellness mattersโ€”not just for HR, but for every individual. Sometimes, the simple act of breathing in and breathing out each day is the first step toward healing and strength.
