It's the day to celebrate the one of the greatest feats of life on Earth, International Men's Day.

In year 1999, Dr. Teelucksingh aimed to celebrate the positive contributions of Men and their achievements to and for the society and community. It is also to address unbeknownst but common issues: like Mental Health, Stereotypes as well as Gender-based violence; yes Men also experience violence. According to CDC, In the U.S. 1 in 7 men experiences Domestic Violence.

It is also indeed worth knowing that men tops charts when it comes to taking his own life, in which 300% higher than of that to women. Stop the stereotypes, always ask your male peers and break the stigma.
