c. They must have no negative records (such as impeachment or other school offenses).
d. They must not have a grade of 4.00 or below.

III. Requirements:

Applicants must submit the following requirements:

A. i. Screenshot or photocopy of the registration form for the current semester.

โ€ข a1. Original copy of the good moral character certificate issued by the college registrar.
โ€ข a2. Screenshot or photocopy of the Certificate of Grades from two consecutive semesters.
โ€ข a3. Duly accomplished Certificate of Candidacy Form.
