The Help Desk serves as a dedicated communication channel where student leaders can raise a ๐ช๐ฎ๐ž๐ซ๐ฒ, ๐ซ๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ ๐š๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž on audit procedures, compliance matters, and other related concerns, and provide ๐Ÿ๐ž๐ž๐๐›๐š๐œ๐ค to help us continuously improve our services.

The PLM Student Commission on Audit (SCOA) formally announces the commencement of the Settlement Period, effective today until August 31, 2026, pursuant to the provisions of Joint Memorandum No. 2026-0202-01, otherwise known as the Settlement Guidelines, for student organizations that received an ๐—”๐—ฑ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐—ฒ ๐—ข๐—ฝ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป during Audit Period 2025-2026.

The Commission emphasizes that following the issuance of the Notice of Commencement, the outgoing President shall be given a period of three (3) days to sign and return the Notice as proof of receipt, understanding, and agreement with the commencement and terms of the settlement process.

These Guidelines were issued to provide a uniform process for the settlement of adverse audit opinions and recommendations rendered by the SCOA upon student councils and organizations.

Only student organizations that received an ๐—”๐—ฑ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐—ฒ ๐—ข๐—ฝ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป for Audit Period 2025-2026 shall undergo the Settlement Process.
