The LPU PAIR is a partner organization of the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR) and a college-based organization of the College of International Relations at the Lyceum of the Philippines University – Manila. LPUPAIR sees itself as the prime student-led organization in the Lyceum of the Philippines University that offers the most dynamic venue for inspiring progressive

actions among the College of International Relations. Ms. Pabeliña serves as the Director (Chief Foreign Affairs Research Specialist) of the Center for International Relations and Strategic Studies (CIRSS) at the Foreign Service Institute (FSI) Philippines. She is an alumna of the University of the Philippines Diliman with a degree in Political Science and holds a Master’s degree in Strategic and Arms Control Studies from Saint Petersburg State University. Her work focuses on international security, arms control, and Asia-Pacific affairs, which will provide the expertise that will guide us throughout the workshop.
