This September, as we observe World Su***de Prevention Month, the Guidance, Counseling, Testing, and Placement (GCTAP) Department reminds our community that reaching out is not a sign of weakness โ it is an act of courage.
If you or someone you know is struggling, consider reaching out to a friend, a trusted adult, a mental health professional, or a crisis support service. Sometimes, one conversation can be the first step toward feeling less alone.
