Held in line with the findings and recommendations of the commissioned research entitled Hybrid Learning Modality in Letran Manila: Basis for Strategic Educational Policy Development, the seminar-workshop brought together academic heads, chairpersons, faculty members, concerned administrative offices, and technical support personnel to translate research findings into concrete institutional actions for the effective implementation of hybrid learning across the Colegio.
Participants engaged in collaborative discussions and workshop sessions focused on orienting stakeholders to the study's research-based recommendations, developing operational guidelines and quality assurance mechanisms for hybrid learning delivery, identifying the roles and responsibilities of concerned offices alongside monitoring indicators, and formulating implementation strategies that foster meaningful student engagement, manageable learning workloads, effective collaboration, and timely technical support.
As part of the Colegio's continuing commitment to evidence-based educational policy development, quality assurance, and innovative teaching and learning, this initiative also advances the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): SDG 4 β Quality Education, SDG 9 β Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure, and SDG 17 β Partnerships for the Goals.
