📢 ANNOUNCEMENT: One-Day Seminar on Disaster Preparedness Training
We invite everyone to join us on Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Audio Visual Room, College Building, University of Saint Anthony, Barangay San Miguel, Iriga City.
This seminar will equip participants with essential knowledge and skills in disaster risk reduction, emergency response, and basic rescue operations, fostering resilience and preparedness in our community.

📸 From Vision to Action

What began as a simple idea—to form a team of rescue volunteers who could assist our barangay officials in times of disaster—has now grown into a movement, expanding to include volunteers from Iriga City and Nabua, Camarines Sur.

Today, we proudly share the first day of our Disaster Preparedness Training, where APO collegiate members, CSPC students, and Rescue Team volunteers came together to learn, serve, and strengthen our community’s resilience.

This is only the beginning of building a network of empowered volunteers ready to respond when disaster strikes. 💙💛

The Alpha Phi Omega (APO) Theta Omega Collegiate Chapter is currently hosting a Disaster Preparedness Training today, April 12, 2026, at Rooms 102 and 103 of the Green Building, Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The one-day seminar gathers students and aspiring leaders for a session focused on disaster orientation, equipping participants with foundational knowledge on disaster risk reduction, emergency awareness, and the roles of individuals during crisis situations.

The ongoing training is graced by Daryl Bulauan, R.M., M.A.N.Dr, who emphasizes preparedness and community responsibility, with discussions centered on understanding hazards, response protocols, and safety measures, reinforcing the importance of readiness and collective action in times of disaster.

Spearheaded by the the Alpha Phi Omega (APO) Theta Omega Collegiate Chapter and Alumni Association, the event aims to equip the participants with critical knowledge and skills in disaster risk reduction like emergency response, and basic rescue operations.
