The Bicol Evangelism School of Theology (also known as BEST) is an educational institution under the United Pentecostal Church (Phils.), Inc. and the saints of United Pentecostal Church Tondo and Roosevelt on 2001. By the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the school envisions the following:
"Bicol Evangelism School of Theology, an Apostolic Pentecostal educational institution, is a leading center fo

r quality education and training for the workers of the ministry." BEST is strategically located on the outskirts of Mt. Iriga in Sta. Teresita, Iriga City, Camarines Sur. The ambience of green and hilly scenery is very conducive for the education and reflections of the students. It has a sanctuary which stands on one-hectare land facing the provincial highway. It can house a great number of people for conferences and other church functions. The Canteen is roofed with Anahaw leaves and has tables and chairs made with kawayan. It’s surely the best place for the students’ refreshing meals. The school also has sufficient number of classrooms and dormitories to house the students. Such rooms are surrounded with a perfect ambience for the students’ devotions and studies. is known for its quality classroom education with its competent instructors who are currently positioned in the ministry and in the leadership of the United Pentecostal Church (Phils.), Inc. Additionally, the school is programming three-month practicum wherein the students are stationed to different local churches for their hands-on and on-the-job training. Bicol Evangelism School of Theology is indeed lovely and is the best place to spend your years of education and training for the ministry. We hope to see you as one of the BEST students.

Ranny Cometa, who joined us online; and our QBD Presbyter/Faculty Member, Rev. Robert Rosel & Sis.
