OJT MONITORING SUCCESS: Empowering Future Engineers and Architects from Bicol to Manila!

The College of Engineering and Architecture (CEA) successfully concluded its comprehensive On-the-Job Training (OJT) monitoring and visitation initiative! Led by our dedicated Dean, Engr. John Philip T. Nadal III, alongside our proactive OJT Coordinators, Engr. May S. Leonor and Engr. Katrin Joy P. Barroga, the team traveled across regions to check in on our hard-working student trainees.

From July 1–2, 2026, the team connected with our trainees deployed throughout Bicol, followed by an intensive week-long deployment monitoring from July 6–10, 2026, covering our students in Manila.

These visits ensure that our students are receiving high-quality, hands-on industry experience while maintaining strong partnerships with our host companies. Seeing our future engineers and architects thrive, adapt, and excel in real-world corporate and industrial environments is incredibly rewarding!

We extend our deepest gratitude to the UNEP Administration for their unwavering support to both our faculty and students. This mission would not have been possible without your continuous guidance and commitment to student development.

A huge thank you to our partner industries for welcoming our monitoring team and continuously mentoring our students. To our OJT trainees—keep pushing boundaries, learning every day, and making us proud! 🎓✨
