If your Student Number is on the list, please proceed to the Office of Student Affairs and Services tomorrow, October 6, 2026, during the following office hours:

8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Please bring the following:

- 4 photocopies of your school ID (colored and back-to-back)
- Original school ID
- Your own blue ballpen

Important: The last day for claiming is October 23, 2026. Please make sure to claim within the given period.
