Due to the simultaneous bomb scare being experienced across the province of Iloilo, the OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR would like to inform all WVSU-AE applicants who have completely submitted their applications that their EXAMINATION PERMIT will be sent to the email address they registered in their application starting November 27, 2025. The office aims to prioritize the safety of its applicants and avoid causing any danger to its clientele.

Note:

⦁ Only successful applicants will receive an EXAMINATION PERMIT.
⦁ Applicants who submitted their applications but were not able to upload must continue with their application and upload their documents.
⦁ The photo to be uploaded should be passport-size (35mm x 45 mm) taken within the last six months.
⦁ Print your WVSU-AE Permit and bring it on Examination Day.
⦁ The last day for filing online applications is December 15, 2025, only.
