𝐂𝐒𝐂 𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐨 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐌𝐢𝐝𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦

Representing the 𝗪𝗩𝗦𝗨 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘂𝗮𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲, the 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 (𝗖𝗦𝗖) bounds to Davao City to represent the institution at the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘂𝗺 (𝗜𝗬𝗙) at the Grand Menseng Hotel from October 7 to 9, 2026. The premier national gathering brings together top student leaders across regions to foster collaboration, governance, and social responsibility.

The delegation representing the council at the three-day summit includes Chairperson Jody Ann Silvestre, Vice Chairperson Harvey Jay Copia, Councilor John Carlo Lentija, with their Adviser
Sir Jerwin Alcarde.

Throughout the three-day gathering, the delegation is participating in interactive workshops, panel discussions, and collaborative breakout sessions designed to tackle pressingly relevant issues in campus governance, youth-led civic engagement, and community building.

The forum serves as an immersive platform dedicated to strengthening youth leadership, fostering social responsibility, and deepening regional collaboration among dynamic student governing bodies.

𝗪𝗩𝗦𝗨-𝗝𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘂𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝘀 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝗴 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆

The West Visayas State University – Janiuay Campus celebrated the achievements of its students, faculty, and staff during the Flag Raising Ceremony on October 5, 2026.

The ceremony featured the awarding of the Top 10 performers of the Terminal Competency Assessment (TCA) held on August 26, 2026, led by the Director for Academic Affairs.

Also recognized were the faculty and staff who represented the Campus in the LGU Hinampang, celebrating the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary at the Janiuay Astrodome, where WVSU-Janiuay secured Overall 2nd Place.

The ceremony also honored the athletes, coaches, and facilitators who participated in the University Hinampang 2026, held from September 29 to October 2 at WVSU Lambunao Campus. The Janiuay Campus proudly secured 4th Place Overall, earning 19 Gold, 26 Silver, and 55 Bronze Medals.

These achievements reflect the dedication, excellence, teamwork, and sportsmanship of the WVSU-Janiuay community.
