Official Assessment | Sulu SU Pencak Silat Club 🥋📋

Phase 1 Concluded: Situational & Theoretical Evaluation

On September 23, 2026, the Sulu SU Pencak Silat Club, headed by Adviser Alkathani S. Tackong, officially launched Phase 1 of the Belting and Ranking Assessment at the College of Teacher Education (CTE) Building.

Conducted from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, this initial phase consisted of a 100-item written examination designed to evaluate candidates on values, experience in the club, and decision-making during actual match scenarios.

The assessment establishes that advancing in rank requires more than physical skill—it demands strong character, sharp strategic thinking under pressure, and a deep understanding of the sport.

With the situational foundation successfully laid, candidates now prepare to advance to the physical performance and sparring phases of the ranking process.

𝗣𝗔𝗛𝗔𝗧𝗜

Effective August 20, 2026, all old/continuing students are required to wear the prescribed school uniform while inside the University premises.

Freshies are advised to bring their Certificate of Registration (COR) upon entry to the University and must observe the prescribed dress code by wearing proper, decent, and appropriate attire.

All students are expected to comply with this policy. Non-compliance may be subject to appropriate guidance and action in accordance with the Student Manual.
