KABACAN, Cotabato โ€” Students and visitors gathered at the University of Southern Mindanao Agricultural Research and Development Center (USMARDC) today, September 11, for the Panagburas Festival 2026. Participants picked fresh fruitsโ€”including lanzones, rambutan, durian, and mangosteen, and coconut (buko)โ€”and joined harvest-related activities across the orchard grounds, gaining firsthand exposure to the research centerโ€™s agricultural programs.

From the parade to banner making, poster making, essay writing, Facebook frame, comical skit, and contemporary dance, our CHEFS participants showed that talent comes in many forms.

Every entry had a story, every performance had a purpose, and every participant had a reason to make us proud.
