Following the screening held on August 5, 2026, at the CHEFS Grounds, the College of Human Ecology and Food Sciences (CHEFS) has officially named Kierth Patrick Singco and Allain Jay Reyes Loro, both from the Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management (BSTM) program, as its representatives for the Mr. & Ms. Freshmen 2026 pageant on August 28.
Selected through a series of evaluations highlighting confidence, personality, and communication skills, the two candidates earned the opportunity to represent CHEFS in the university-wide competition.
The screening also recognized the outstanding performances of the remaining finalists. Jc Melchor Aquino of BSHM and Jonifer Locario Jr. of BSFT were named 2nd and 3rd Runner-up, respectively, in the male category. In the female category, Venice Gellado Acosta of BSTM secured the 2nd Runner-up title, while Lyka Praqueles of BSHM finished as 3rd Runner-up.
As they step onto the university stage, Mr. Kierth Patrick Singco and Ms. Allain Jay Reyes Loro are set to embody the excellence, confidence, and resilience of CHEFS as they represent the college with honor and pride.
