KABACAN, COTABATO — Excellence and dedication took center stage on September 21, 2026, at the University Commercial Building as the University of Southern Mindanao (USM) held its highly anticipated (Uliran sa Serbisyong Mahusay) PRAISE Awarding Ceremony for Research, Development, and Extension.

Adding immense pride to the College of Health Sciences (CHS), five esteemed faculty members from the college were honored during the ceremony for their remarkable contributions to research publication.

The institutional event celebrated the relentless pursuit of knowledge across the university, recognizing a total of 56 faculty and staff for intellectual property outputs and copyrighted works, alongside 116 authors for their Scopus-indexed research publications.

The triumphs of our CHS awardees underscore the college's unwavering commitment to advancing health sciences research and academic excellence, setting a stellar benchmark for both students and peers.
