Threads of Light
In shadows deep, where silence stays,
A hidden pain, in quiet ways.
A voice unspoken, yet it cries,
Behind the mask, beneath the eyes.

You are not your scars,
nor the silence and sleeves that hides them.
You are the breath that still rises,
the heartbeat that insists on staying.
Pain is real,
but so is the courage it takes
to wake each morning,
to step into the light,
to whisper, I am still here.
If your voice falters,
let it be heard.
No burden is too heavy
when carried together.
So let us stand, with hands held near,
To honor strength, to face the fear.
Awareness grows when love is shown,
