Congratulations to Dr. Norquez M. Mangindra, for being recognized with the Special Award for Authors who Published Articles in Scopus or Web of Science-Indexed Journals under the USM PRAISE Guidelines.

Dr. Mangindra was recognized for her outstanding contribution to Research, Extension, and Development through her successful publication in indexed journals from January 1, 2025, to August 19, 2026. The recognition was conferred on September 21, 2026, at the USM Commercial Building, Kabacan, Cotabato, pursuant to Items 7.10 and 7.10.15 of the approved USM PRAISE Guidelines.

As a co-author, Dr. Mangindra contributed to the research articles โ€œFueling Growth: Exploring Personal Growth Initiative Among College Studentsโ€ and โ€œStudentsโ€™ Distress Level and Its Relationship in Developing Nonproductive Thoughts: The Case of Premier Universities in Mindanao, Philippines.โ€ Her contribution reflects her continued commitment to research and academic development.

The celebration reaches its grand finale as CED wraps up its 65th Founding Anniversary with a day filled with talent, energy, creativity, and celebration!

Day 3 of the CED 65th Founding Anniversary featured the Saludo, Hiphop, CED Eco Fashion, and the much-awaited Acquaintance Party with the theme โ€œCoachella.โ€

The celebration reached its highlight during the awarding of the CED Week 2026 Overall Champions, where the University of Southern Mindanao English Club (USMEC) once again claimed the crown as Overall Champion, followed by ARISE as 1st Runner-Up and MES as 2nd Runner-Up.
