To all concerned, brothers, sisters, and kind-hearted individuals:

SUBJECT: Urgent Appeal for Financial Assistance for the Medical Treatment of Brod Wilson Villacarlos

Dear Respected Brothers and Beloved Sister,

Greetings of peace and goodwill!

We respectfully reaching out to you to bring to your attention the current condition of our beloved brother, Wilson Villacarlos, who is also fondly known to many as “Tol Papang”. We regret to inform everyone that he is currently confined at Holy Mother of Mercy (HMOM) Hospital in Kabankalan City, after being diagnose with Cancer of the tongue, stage 2. His medical condition requires immediate intervention, and he is scheduled to undergo a major operation tomorrow, May 13, 2026.

At this critical time, his family is facing serious financial constraints and is greatly burdened by rising hospital bills, medical expenses and the cost related to the surgery. Given the urgency of the situation we humble knock on your hearts to ask for any form of assistance or donation – whether in cash or in kind. No amount is too small; every contribution, big or small will be highly valued and will go along way in helping Tol Papang receive the treatment he urgently needs. We appeal to our brothers, sisters, friends and everyone who is able to share their blessing to extend a helping hand. Your generosity will be a great source of hope and strength for him and his family during this difficult journey.

Today, May 9, 2026, the PUP-Ragay Beta Sigma Fraternity and Sigma Beta Sorority, in partnership with the Beta Sigma Fraternity Camarines Sur Assembly, successfully conducted its annual Operation Malmon Cut (Libreng Tuli) at the Andaya SK Building in Ragay Camarines Sur.

Through the united efforts of volunteers, doctors, medical personnel, sponsors, and organization members, free circumcision services and medicines were provided to the youth — promoting health, cleanliness, compassion, and community service.

Furthermore, this meaningful outreach was made possible through the support generated from the recently concluded Fun Run (Takbo para sa mga Batang Ragayano), which served as the Fraternity’s fundraising project for the activity. A true testament that when brotherhood and sisterhood unite with a purpose, service becomes action and compassion becomes impact. ❤️

Special thanks to everyone who shared their time, effort, and resources to make this meaningful initiative successful.

Yesterday, the Beta Sigma Fraternity and Sigma Beta Sorority proudly joined the Blood Donation Activity in collaboration with the CPSU Clinic.
This meaningful activity showed the spirit of unity, compassion, and service as members willingly donated blood to help save lives and support the community. Other brods also participated and donated blood to support this noble cause.
Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to the success of this activity. Together, we continue to make a difference through service and brotherhood/sisterhood.

Today, April 23, at RAATI, Central Philippines State University Main Campus, we joined hands to provide free water and sandwiches, quenching thirst and satisfying hunger while strengthening the ties that bind us as brothers and sisters.
