A special thank you to Febbielyn M. Legaspi, Alexandrei Alayan, and Rian Parafina of STI College Lucena's Instinct Productions for helping us tell this story.

𝙉𝙚𝙬 𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙠, 𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙮! Before you rush into deadlines, classes, and responsibilities, take a moment to breathe, pause, and reflect. You don’t have to figure everything out today. Just take it one step at a time.

• Start with a calm mind.
• Set your intentions.
• Trust your progress.

Remember, STIers, you don’t need to have it all together to keep moving forward. Small steps still count!

Happy Mindful Monday, STIers! Let’s make this week count. 💛💙
