It is with great pride and honor that our Dean of the College of Criminal Justice Education, Northwestern Visayan Colleges. Dr. Dennis Inguillo Ibutnande, was awarded as one of the Ten Outstanding Deans in the Philippines 2022, awarded during the 3rd Integrated National Convention of Criminology Educators and Professionals at Marcian Garden Hotel, Zamboanga City, July 21-23,2022. The award received by our Dean will serve as an inspiration to the Criminology Community of NVC. Keep it up Sir Dennis.
