💜 MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS & RESPONSIBLE ONLINE BEHAVIOR 💜
Creating a community that understands, respects, and cares.
The Equal Horizon Organization conducted a meaningful session centered on Mental Health Awareness, Data Privacy, Anti-Bullying, Cyberbullying, and Responsible Online Behavior, providing students with a deeper understanding of mental well-being, personal safety, respect, and responsibility in both physical and digital spaces.
The Mental Health Awareness session was facilitated by Jasmin D. Tañeca, GAD Advocate, who shared valuable insights on recognizing and understanding mental health, taking care of one’s well-being, and creating an environment where individuals feel heard, supported, and respected.
The discussion also highlighted RA 10173 – Data Privacy Act of 2012, RA 10627 – Anti-Bullying Act of 2013, and Cyberbullying/Responsible Online Behavior, with Candice Lorraine Capinpuyan, Resource Speaker, emphasizing the importance of protecting personal information, respecting others, standing against bullying, and practicing accountability online.
Through these discussions, students were reminded that our words, actions, and online presence can have a lasting impact on others. May this activity encourage everyone to take mental health seriously, speak with empathy, protect personal information, stand against bullying, and think carefully before sharing, posting, or clicking online.
Let us continue building an environment where everyone feels safe, respected, heard, and valued—creating an Equal Horizon where care, awareness, respect, and responsibility guide the way. 💜✨
