Hazing Real talk: Hazing is not a measure of loyalty, bravery, or brotherhood. It’s a cycle of abuse disguised as tradition, a painful ritual passed down because “ganun na kasi dati.” But the truth is simple—hurting someone does not make them stronger; it only creates trauma that lasts far longer than any bruise or scar.

Many join fraternities and sororities to find family, support, and belonging. Yet some are forced to survive fear, humiliation, and physical harm just to be accepted. That is not brotherhood. That is not sisterhood. That is control. And control is never love.

A true fraternity lifts you when you are weak, not beats you until you collapse. A real brother guides you, protects you, and teaches you discipline through respect—not pain. A real sisterhood strengthens your voice, not silences your cries.

Hazing destroys potential. It turns dreams into hospital beds, friendships into funerals, and promises into regrets. Every year, someone’s life is cut short because a group believed suffering equals loyalty.

But loyalty is proven through character—how you treat others, how you stand for what’s right, and how you break the cycle of harm.

Real talk: Ending hazing isn’t rebellion.
It’s evolution.
It’s courage.
It’s leadership.
