> Group 1 - 20pax
- Monday to Saturday; 11:00am to 5:00pm
> Group 2 - 19pax
-Monday to Saturday; 4:00pm to 8:00pm

Requirements;
1. at least 18 years old - submit photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
2. at least High School Graduate - submit photocopy of High School Card or Diploma / College OTR or Diploma / ALS Certificate
3. 2 pcs passport size ID picture (white background, shirt with collar, no name tag)
