𝐎𝐍 𝐐𝐔𝐎𝐓𝐄 | During the fifth day of Partido State University's 25th Commencement Exercises, 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐕, 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨 𝐄. 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐉𝐫., challenged the graduates to become value-driven leaders in an ever-evolving digital world.

Addressing the graduates of the College of Agribusiness and Community Development – Salogon Campus, College of Fisheries and Marine Science – Sagñay Campus, College of Environmental Science and Design – Tinambac Campus, and College of Public Safety and Community Health – Lagonoy Campus, Director Milla emphasized that success in today's rapidly changing landscape is not defined solely by technical competence, but by skills anchored in strong values and sustained by lifelong learning.

Director Milla further underscored that true success becomes meaningful when it contributes to the well-being of others. Whatever path they choose, graduates were urged to leave every community stronger, every profession more ethical, the nation better through their service, and the planet healthier for future generations.

​Following his inspiring address as the commencement speaker for the College of Engineering and Computational Sciences yesterday, and this morning's June 12, 2026 visit to the Caramoan Campus, CHED Commissioner Dr. Desiderio R. Apag III was warmly welcomed by the full force of the College of Public Safety and Community Health (Lagonoy Campus)!

​University President Dr. Arnel B. Zarcedo accompanied the Commissioner, alongside Board Secretary V Leih Anne R. Odoño, Board Secretary I Judith Agravante, VP for Administration and Finance Charlie V. Balagtas, and Director of the Presidential Management Staff Office Cherrylyn R. Castro.

​The Lagonoy campus delegation was proudly led by College Dean Dr. Shirlene S. Esplana and AOV Eden R. Alvaran. After enjoying light snacks at the Modern Classroom, Dr. Apag proceeded to visit the ParSU Firing Range.

𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬 | While our campus remains tidy and beautiful every day, our dedicated 𝐋𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐲 𝐍𝐨𝐧-𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥 teamed up for a special clean-up drive!

In full support, our office personnel rolled up their sleeves to provide additional assistance in completely preparing our campus facilities, natural environment, and laboratories. This collective effort is in anticipation of the upcoming campus visit by CHED Commissioner Desiderio R. Apag III.

Thanks to the hard work and dedication of the 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭-𝐋𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬, a total of 36 employees now have their essential records securely digitalized. This initiative, a product of our HRMU-Goa PRIME-HRM activities, marks a major step forward in our commitment to modernizing our administrative processes, ensuring superior data security, and improving operational efficiency.

By moving these vital records to the cloud, we’re not just saving paper duplications, we’re future-proofing our institution!
