On July 16โ17, 2026, dedicated frontliners and advocates gathered at the RDE Training Hall, ParSU Goa Campus, for a vital training initiative conducted by MVisions Diagnostic Center and Psychological Services in strong partnership with the College of Public Safety and Community Health (Lagonoy Campus), led by Dean Dr. Shirlene S. Esplana. The training was made possible through crucial collaboration with the LGU Goa, led by Mayor Hon. Raquel S. Lim, and the Goa Municipal Police Station, headed by PCPT Jeson Max F. Barcenas.
