SOLGA: State of the Learner's Government Address.

The College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) held an event at the IFSU Luis Hora Gymnasium in Lamut, Ifugao on January 31, 2025, to celebrate the achievements of the outgoing student leaders, led by former Mayor Kevin Alfred Kindipan. The event also aimed to motivate and inspire the incoming officers, headed by the present Mayor Cawano Dulnuan, as they take on their new leadership roles within the CAS community.

The occasion served as a platform to acknowledge the exceptional leadership and accomplishments of the past student government, while encouraging the new officers to continue driving the success of the college. It also demonstrated the college's commitment to excellence and unity as it was attended by every CASmate and faculty.
