On April 13, 2026, the grounds of Cadaratan National High School transformed into a stage of discipline, unity, and operational excellence as the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) was conducted with utmost rigor and purpose. This highly anticipated annual undertaking gathered dedicated personnel and units, each prepared to demonstrate not only their compliance with established standards but also their unwavering commitment to duty and service.
The event was further elevated by the presence and wisdom of our distinguished guests and administrators. Through their heartfelt welcome remarks and motivational speeches, RAATI Chairman COL CAMILO A SADDAM (GSC) INF PA, Commandant of DCCP ROTCU MAJ JOEWIE T BERMUDEZ (OS) PA, DCCP President MR. JOSEPH D. SICCO, CCJE Dean/VPAA DR. MATHEW P. LANGBIS, and NSTP Director DR. JAY-LYNNE MAY S. ESCALONA provided the inspiration necessary to fuel the cadets' spirits. Without their visionary leadership and support, this event would not have been spearheaded so effectively, nor would it have achieved such a resounding success.
This successful undertaking was also made possible through the exceptional leadership and tireless dedication of the Corps of Officers in the training of the cadets:
CORPS COMMANDER: CDT COL CARL ANGELO G RAMISCAL 1CL
BATTALION EX-O: CDT LTC LESLIE A BALAGAT 1CL
โขBATTALION S1: CDT LTC JHAN HANS C VALENCIA 1CL
BATTALION S2: CDT LTC JADE LAWRENCE L GERVACIO 1CL
BATTALION S3: CDT LTC JOCKER R LAGUNDINO 1CL
BATTALION S4: CDT LTC BEIA ANGELICA C ANDRES 1CL
BATTALION S7: CDT LTC EOWYN JARELL S PILAR 1CL.
Their commitment to excellence has been the cornerstone of the unit's preparedness and discipline.
From the earliest formations to the final commands, every movement carried meaning, every step synchronized, every inspection deliberate, and every detail accounted for. Administrative preparedness was meticulously reviewed, reflecting efficiency in documentation, organization, and leadership. Simultaneously, tactical proficiency was put to the test, highlighting the capability, responsiveness, and readiness of each participating unit in the face of real-world demands.
More than a mere inspection, RAATI stands as a reflection of the institutionโs core values. Discipline forged through training, excellence achieved through consistency, and unity strengthened through shared purpose. It is a powerful reminder that behind every uniform is a responsibility to uphold honor, integrity, and service above self.
As the day unfolded within the halls and open grounds of Cadaratan National High School, a sense of pride resonated among all participants. The event became not only a measure of preparedness but also a celebration of growth, resilience, and collective achievement.
As the final commands were given and formations stood at ease, one truth echoed beyond the inspection grounds: true excellence is not achieved in a single day, but built through countless hours of preparation, sacrifice, and dedication. And in this yearโs RAATI, that excellence was not only seen, it was lived.
