Filing of Candidacy- JULY 10
All aspiring candidates are encouraged to formally submit their candidacy within the scheduled period. This marks the first step in taking responsibility and embracing the call to lead. You can also file your certificate of candidacy as an independent candidate.

Campaign Period- JULY 16-17
Furthermore, candidates are given the opportunity to present their platforms, advocacies, and plans of action. Let this period be guided by respect, fairness, and genuine intent to serve.

Election Day- JULY 18
Additionally, the most fusing moment where every vote becomes a voice, and every choice shapes the future. Exercise your right wisely and choose leaders who embody competence and character.

Some professors capture attention with lengthy lectures.Others do it with strict classroom rules. Then there's Atty. Richard Tumaneng who can make an entire class listen with nothing more than a perfectly timed joke and a story that's somehow both unbelievable... and believable enough to make everyone laugh. After all, this is the same man who proudly claims that his office is so cold that if you spit inside, the saliva turns into marble before it even hits the floor. To this day, science has neither confirmed nor denied this phenomenon but generations of students continue to suspect that his air conditioner has already achieved sentience. Behind the humor, however, is an educator whose passion for teaching is unmistakable. Whether discussing legal principles or sharing life lessons disguised as punchlines, Atty. Tumaneng has a remarkable way of making every lecture engaging, memorable, and worth paying attention to.

He proves that learning doesn't always have to be intimidating. Sometimes, the best way to understand the law is through a classroom filled with laughter, quick wit, and jokes that students will still remember long after the semester ends. Happy Birthday to the Guardian of Discipline๐ŸŽ‚

Every department has that one instructor whose footsteps alone can restore order. Students fix their posture. Uniforms suddenly become immaculate. Shirts are tucked in before she even says a word. Hallways become quieter. And somehow, everyone remembers what "prim and proper" actually means. That instructor is none other than Ms. Jessica Aceret.

Feared? Absolutely. Respected? Even more. As one of the department's finest minds in Polygraphy, Human Behavior, and Victimology, Ms. Aceret doesn't just teach her subjects, she lives them. With her sharp eye for detail, students often joke that there's no need for a polygraph machine because she'll already know if you're lying before you even finish your sentence. Forgot your nametag? She noticed. Untucked uniform? Already spotted. Trying to blend into the crowd after coming in late? Nice try.

When it comes to discipline, she reminds everyone that professionalism isn't reserved for graduation day, it's a habit built every single day. Yet behind the firm demeanor is an outgoing educator deeply committed to shaping not only competent criminology students but also disciplined individuals prepared for the profession they aspire to join. DRUG EVIDENCE MANAGEMENT:
Chain of Custody, Integrity, and Legal Compliance

This specialized CPD training is designed to strengthen the legal, operational, and procedural competencies of criminology professionals in the proper handling, preservation, documentation, and presentation of drug-related evidence.

The program will focus on the requirements of Republic Act No. 9165, chain of custody compliance, Section 21 protocols, evidentiary integrity, jurisprudential standards, and common procedural lapses affecting the prosecution of drug cases.

In observance of the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (DADAIT), the 84th Special Action Company, Rapid Deployment Battalion, Philippine National Policeโ€“Special Action Force (PNP-SAF), conducted an Anti-Illegal Drugs Awareness Seminar for fourth-year and intern Criminology students on June 24, 2026, at the schoolโ€™s roof deck.

Led by PLT. Allan L. Franco, a PNP-SAF personnel and one of the survivors of the tragic Mamasapano encounter in the year 2015, the seminar highlighted the dangers of illegal drugs and emphasized the role of future law enforcement officers in preventing drug-related crimes and promoting community safety.

The activity focused on the harmful effects of drug abuse, its impact on individuals and communities, and the legal consequences of drug-related offenses. It was also aligned with the Vice and Drug Education Control subject of fourth-year Criminology students, providing them with an opportunity to strengthen their understanding of the course through practical insights and real-world experiences.

The seminar forms part of the institutionโ€™s Philippine Anti-Drug Strategy (PADS) initiatives, which aim to promote drug prevention awareness, strengthen student involvement, and foster collaboration with law enforcement agencies in building safer and drug-free communities.
