3-in-1 Outreach Program: Where Love Connects, Joy is Shared, and Hope Begins

The Campus Student Council (CSC) Officers successfully conducted Panangibingay 4.0 at Barangay Cabatacan West, Lasam, Cagayan, bringing Christmas joy and meaningful service to Cabatacan West Elementary School and the Aeta community.

The program officially opened with an invocation and opening remarks by Ma’am Maryrasol Sucab, followed by an inspiring message from CSC President Jomar Godoy. Activities such as storytelling, parlor games, and raffle draws filled the day with laughter and joy, especially among the children.

The outreach also included the distribution of school supplies, food packs, candies, and household sets, which strengthened unity and camaraderie. The program concluded with heartfelt closing remarks and a photo opportunity, leaving hope and smiles within the community.

This meaningful initiative was supported by OSDW Coordinator Dr. Cherry C. Sanut; CSC Adviser Dr. John Carlo L. Banan; and CSC Co-Adviser Mr. Mark Jellicoe P. Rodillas, whose leadership and dedication contributed greatly to the success of the program.

Panangibingay 4.0 reflects the CSC’s unwavering commitment to serving marginalized communities and spreading compassion during the holiday season.
