Starting a new chapter comes with new expectations, new surroundings, and new experiences. To help our students navigate this transition, the Office of Guidance and Testing will conduct the School Adjustment Seminar for Tertiary freshmen and transfer students on Friday, August 14, 2026, at the USTโ€“Legazpi Dome.

With the theme โ€œAdapting to Thrive: Helping Students to Adjust to School Life,โ€ the seminar aims to equip students with practical insights and strategies for adapting to their new academic environment, building meaningful connections, and making a positive transition into university life.

The seminar will feature Ms. Francheska Iubelle P. Perez, CMHA, RGC, as the resource speaker.

Due to prevailing circumstances, please be informed that classes at the Tertiary Level will be conducted in-person on Mondays and Tuesdays, followed by online synchronous sessions from Wednesday to Saturday. Furthermore, the College of Law and Graduate School will transition to an Online Synchronous Modality effective Tuesday, April 28, 2026, until further notice.
