One Celebration. Three Meaningful Moments. One Legazpi Thomasian Journey.

This August 7, every Legazpi Thomasian is invited to witness and celebrate the traditions that mark the beginning of a new academic year.

The day begins with Bunyag Tomasino at the UST-Legazpi Dome, where our new and transfer students will be formally welcomed into the Thomasian community through a meaningful rite of belonging.

From there, they will take part in the D***s: The Legazpi Thomasian Walk, a symbolic journey through the Thomasian Arc that signifies the start of their life as Legazpi Thomasians—anchored in faith, inspired by hope, and committed to the pursuit of truth and excellence.

As the sun sets, the celebration continues with D***s Tomasino 2026: The Concert, bringing together the University community for an unforgettable evening of music, energy, and Thomasian camaraderie featuring an exciting lineup of local and national artists.

Originally intended as part of the Paskuhan 2025 celebration during your time as students, the concert is finally taking place—and we are delighted to welcome you back to the University for this long-awaited event.

The University of Santo Tomas–Legazpi warmly welcomes all new and transfer students to the Orientation Seminar 2026 on August 3, 2026 (Monday), from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, at the UST–Legazpi Dome.

The Orientation Seminar serves as an important introduction to the University's academic policies, student services, campus regulations, support programs, and the Legazpi Thomasian values that will guide students throughout their academic journey. It also provides an opportunity to become familiar with the expectations and opportunities that await in the new academic year.

All new and transfer students are highly encouraged to attend and actively participate in the program. Please be reminded that attendance at the Orientation Seminar is one of the requirements for OSS clearance.

We look forward to welcoming you as we begin another year of learning, growth, and excellence.
