Malaki ang papel ng sektor ng kabataan at estudyante sa lugar ng pakikibaka. Mula sa pagpapalalim ng mga teoryang pinag-aaralan at paglalapat ng mga ito, hanggang sa pagpapatalsik sa mga korap at pahirap na tirano. Mariing iginigiit ng mga kabataan at estudyante ang kanilang karapatan.

Ngunit, sa kabila ng militanteng pagsulong, ano ang palaging sagot ng estado sa mga mamamayang nilalabanan lamang ang paniniil at pang-aabuso?

Sa talakayan kasama ang UPD University Freshie Council at BU University Student Council, susuriin natin ang estado ng sektor ng kabataan at estudyanteng Pilipino, at responsabilidad ng mga kabataan at estudyante sa harap ng tahasang panunupil at pasismo ng estado.

Inaanyayahan ang bawat isa sa Forum on the Dangers of State Repression and Fascism na gaganapin ngayong sabado, ika-7 ng Marso, ika-10 ng umaga hanggang ika-12 ng tanghali.

Halina't palalimin natin ang kaalaman sa mga saligang karapatan at kalagayan ng sektor ng kabataan at estudyanteng sa kasalukuyang lagay ng lipunang Pilipino.

Matapos ang Super Typhoon Uwan, libu-libong pamilya sa buong Rehiyon ng Bicol ang lubos na naapektuhan. Marami ang nawalan ng tirahan, kabuhayan, at mga mahalagang ari-arian. Hanggang ngayon, marami ang komunidad na walang kuryente, malinis na tubig, at sapat na suplay ng pagkain.

Kami ay nananawagan ng inyong malasakit at pagtulong. Anumang donasyon ay makatutulong upang makapaghatid tayo ng mga food pack, grocery items, malinis na tubig, at iba pang kagamitang kailangan ng ating mga kababayang Bicolano.
