(1) Conduct of Asynchronous Classes a. On the specified dates, all faculty members are directed to conduct classes asynchronously. Learning materials, assignments, and instructions must be made available to students through the official Learning Management System or other online platforms mutually agreed upon by faculty and students. Faculty members are expected to provide clear guidance and maintain open communication channels to address student concerns. b. Faculty members are required to submit an accomplishment report, which shall be attached to their Daily Time Record for the month.
(2) Implementation of Work-From-Home Arrangement for Non-Teaching Personnel a. Effective March 26-27, 2026, non-teaching personnel shall adopt a work-from-home arrangement, except for security personnel who are required to report onsite, and administrative and finance personnel specifically involved in the processing of honoraria and other claims of faculty members and personnel, as well as those of university suppliers. b. Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that essential tasks and deliverables are properly assigned, monitored, and completed remotely.
Employees must remain accessible during regular working hours through official communication channels. c. Non-teaching personnel are required to submit an accomplishment report, which shall be attached to their Daily Time Record for the month.
Utility personnel (Job Order) are given the option to report onsite. However, if they choose not to report, their absence shall be subject to the "no work, no pay" policy. e.
