In accordance to the provision of the UST-Legazpi Security and Safety Manual, Part III-Entry and Exit, please be informed that effective September 19, 2022, all vehicles entering the university in both Rawis and Peñaranda campuses, without Vehicle Gate Pass Sticker will be prohibited.

Furthermore, please be reminded that during peak hours, from 6:30AM-8:00AM and 4:00PM-6:00PM, all outbound vehicles must take the following:

-Those traveling to first district must use Gate 4
-Those traveling to Legazpi City must use Gate 2

You may now apply for Vehicle Gate Pass Stickers for the SY 2022-2023 at our office. Please secure the following requirements and follow the steps provided:

-a Photocopy of your Driver's License
-a Photocopy of the latest LTO Official Receipt of the vehicle
-a Photocopy of Vehicle Registration
