Bicol University Office of Student Affairs and Services Scholarship and Financial Grants-in-Aid Section Its mission is to promote students access, welfare, achievement, development and postgraduate success.

The Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) of the Bicol University is concerned with non-academic experiences of students to attain total student development. Non academic services are two-pronged: those that relate to student welfare and those that relate to student development. The OSAS works alongside the academic colleges and units in the development through the promotion of their gener

al welfare. The OSAS also offers services to students to help them cope more effectively with the many facts of university life which can affect academic works, financial aids, health services, individual and/or group counseling, career planning, procedures for redressing grievances, standards for student's conduct, due process in the event of disciplinary action and advice/assistance in time of troubles.
