Behind every game, every competition, and every athlete who proudly represents Bicol University are educators, coaches, mentors, and sports professionals who work tirelessly behind the scenes.
From the ๐๐จ ๐ข๐น๐๐บ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ and ๐ฆ๐๐จ๐๐ to various ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ผ๐น๐น๐ฒ๐ด๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐, ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐ป๐ฎ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐, ๐๐ฟ๐๐ผ๐๐๐, ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฝ๐, ๐ฎ๐๐ต๐น๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ฐ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ๐, ๐ณ๐ถ๐๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐, their work goes far beyond what happens inside the classroom.
Handling some of the University's ๐ฏ๐ถ๐ด๐ด๐ฒ๐๐ ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ is no small responsibility. It takes countless hours of planning, coordination, preparation, decision-making, and dedication. From organizing competitions and managing logistics to guiding athletes, supporting coaches, and responding to unexpected challenges, our educators continue to show up and give their best.
During the ๐๐จ ๐ข๐น๐๐บ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ฐ๐, they help create a space where students can compete, build friendships, develop discipline, and experience the true spirit of sportsmanship.
During ๐ฆ๐๐จ๐๐, they stand alongside our athletes as they represent Bicol University on a bigger stage, carrying with them the training, values, and lessons they have received throughout their journey.
But their work does not stop there.
They are present during ๐๐ฟ๐๐ผ๐๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐๐๐ฒ๐, helping identify and develop student-athletes who will represent the University.
They are there during ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ด๐๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, pushing athletes to improve while reminding them to take care of their bodies and well-being.
They guide athletes through ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐ป๐ฎ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ผ๐น๐น๐ฒ๐ด๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐, standing with them through victories, disappointments, pressure, and everything in between.
They support ๐ณ๐ถ๐๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ๐, reminding the community that an active lifestyle is an important part of a healthy and meaningful life.
And behind every event, there are countless meetings, preparations, coordination, paperwork, schedules, venues, equipment, and people to manageโresponsibilities that students may not always see, but greatly appreciate.
To our ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ณ๐ฒ๐๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐, ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฒ๐, ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐, thank you for taking on these responsibilities even when the workload becomes overwhelming.

Behind each one is an educator who plans, guides, supports, and cares.
Because sports are not built by athletes alone.
