The Bicol Consortium for Regional Startup Enablers (BiCoRSE), together with Catanduanes State University, conducted a coordination meeting with ARDCI Microfinance Inc. to explore collaborative initiatives in strengthening the startup ecosystem not only in Catanduanes but also across the Bicol Region through innovation, entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, and community-based support for aspiring startups.

As one of the pioneering microfinance institutions in the region, ARDCI continues to empower communities through livelihood and development programs that contribute to grassroots innovation, financial access, and inclusive economic growth across local sectors.

This partnership highlights a shared commitment to building a resilient, and innovation-driven Bicol Region where students, entrepreneurs, and communities are given greater opportunities to grow and thrive.🚀

Strengthening partnerships for innovation and entrepreneurship in the Bicol Region!

The Bicol Consortium for Regional Startup Enablers (BiCoRSE), in partnership with Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Bicol conducted a coordination meeting with the LGU Legazpi regarding the approval of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between BiCorSE, LGU Legazpi, DOST Bicol and Bicol University in support of collaborative initiatives for startup development, innovation, and community empowerment.

The meeting highlights the shared commitment of all parties in fostering a stronger and more sustainable startup ecosystem for the community.
