This verse reminds us that God already has a beautiful plan for each of us. Even when we feel afraid, doubtful, or unsure of ourselves, God promises that His plans are for our goodโ€”to give us hope and a future. Sometimes, fear stops people from stepping forward, especially when it comes to running for positions in an organization. We think we are not good enough, not smart enough, or not capable enough. But this verse teaches us that God sees more in us than we see in ourselves.

For those who are afraid to run in an organization, remember that leadership is not about being perfectโ€”it is about being willing to serve. God may be calling you to step out of your comfort zone and trust Him. Your fears may be real, but Godโ€™s plan is greater than your fear. If He placed the opportunity in front of you, maybe it is because He knows you can grow through it and inspire others. Have courage, trust His plan, and believe that your future can begin with one brave decision.
