WHAT'S THE TEA? THE LONG WAIT IS OVER!
April 24, 2023 || An "Organizational Management with the theme: 'Bridging YOUTH as ONE" was conducted, held at Kawa-kawa Function Hall, New City Hall.
LiComCo ECO-OPERATIVE selected officers and members attended the said event from 8:00AM-4:30 PM together with the other organizations inside and outside the school that fully helps to empower the youth. Indeed, this seminar aims to helps expand the capacity of individuals to perform in leadership roles within organizations, as well as to build their leadership traits given by the two remarkable speakers - Ma'am Nydia Paladin-Delfin (1st speaker who "Oriented the Youth regarding the Youth Organizations Program of National Youth Commission (NYC) and Sir Kitwyn Buendio Jr (2nd Speaker who discussed about "A Guide to a Becoming Effective & Efficient Leaders through Sharing Leader's Experiences").
The seminar motivated by an opening remark given by Hon. Fernando V. Gonzalez (Ligao City Mayor), and Vice Mayor Jaypee David, and a Motivational Message by Ma'am Jesela C. Tominio (SWO III, OIC-CSWDO). Also, a team building after the orientation and discussion proper happened wherein the team building is the most awaited part of each participants, it such a remarkable part of this event. The team members not only share expectations for accomplishing group tasks, but trust and support one another and respect one another's individual differences.
