This World Su***de Prevention Month, the Pangasinan State University โ Lingayen Campus Admission and Guidance Services Unit stands with the entire PSU community in promoting hope, compassion, understanding, and mental health awareness.
We recognize that behind every student is a story that may not always be visible. Some may be silently struggling with academic pressure, financial concerns, relationship challenges, stress and anxiety, loss, loneliness, or personal difficulties. No one should have to carry these burdens alone.
At the PSU Lingayen Admission and Guidance Office, you are seen, heard, valued, and supported. We are here to provide a safe and supportive space where students can talk, seek guidance, express their concerns, and ask for help without fear of judgment.
Let us practice malasakit every day. A simple โKamusta ka?โ, a listening ear, a kind word, or encouraging someone to seek help can make a meaningful difference.
๐ค BAYANIHAN STARTS WITH MALASAKIT. Your care and compassion may be the reason someone chooses to stay and keep going.
๐ Need to talk? The PSU Lingayen Admission and Guidance Office is here for you. Visit our office or scan the QR code to access support.
