In a steadfast commitment to maintaining high standards of institutional performance and operational efficiency, Pangasinan State University Lingayen Campus recently held its Pre-Management Campus Review on May 6, 2026.

The review was spearheaded by the Executive Director, Dr. Marie Claire B. Briones, whose leadership emphasized the importance of rigorous self-assessment and continuous improvement. The event served as a critical platform for evaluating the campus’ progress toward its strategic goals and ensuring alignment with the university’s overarching mission.

The success of the activity was attributed to the meticulous planning and coordination led by Mr. Ivan C. Quitlong, the Campus Coordinator for Quality Assurance. Under his guidance, the various departments and units prepared comprehensive reports that highlight achievements while simultaneously identifying areas for further growth.

The session focused on several core areas of campus operations, ranging from the assessment of curriculum delivery and student outcomes in academic affairs to the evaluation of community-based projects and scholarly outputs in research and extension. Furthermore, the review covered the streamlining of administrative services to better serve the university community and a thorough examination of infrastructure and resource management to ensure optimal budget utilization.

The findings from this Pre-Management Review will serve as the foundation for the upcoming Campus Management Review, which will be attended by the hardworking University President, Dr. Elbert M. Galas. This high-level evaluation highlights the university administration's hands-on approach to ensuring that every campus adheres to the gold standard of public service and academic quality.

The PSU Lingayen reinforces its dedication to providing top-tier education and service to its stakeholders. The event concluded with a clear roadmap for the remainder of the academic year, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and academic rigor.

The rhythmic sound of precision drills and the sharp calls of leadership filled the air today, May 5, 2026, as Pangasinan State University Lingayen Campus officially welcomed the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) Team. In a powerful display of institutional solidarity, faculty members from across various departments gathered to boost the morale of the ROTC cadets as they underwent their most rigorous evaluation of the year.

The presence of the teaching force underscored the university’s holistic approach to student development, bridging the gap between academic instruction and military discipline. Faculty members stood alongside the cadet corps, offering encouragement and witnessing the culmination of weeks of intense preparation.
