𝗞𝗨𝗠𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗔 𝗞𝗔? | 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗟𝗗 𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗟 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗛 𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗛

Your mental health matters. Your feelings are valid. And you never have to face life's challenges alone.

This World Mental Health Awareness Month, the Pangasinan State University – Lingayen Campus encourages everyone to take a moment to check in with themselves and the people around them. A simple Kumusta ka? can open the door to meaningful conversations, offer comfort, and remind someone that they are seen, heard, and valued.

Let us continue to break the stigma surrounding mental health, practice kindness, listen without judgment, and create a safe and supportive community where everyone feels comfortable asking for help when needed.

Remember, taking care of your mental health is not a weakness, it is an essential part of living a healthy and meaningful life. Sometimes, the most powerful support begins with two simple words: Kumusta ka?

𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡, 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀!

As we officially begin our Field Study journey, it is important that we carry not only the knowledge and skills of a future educator but also the professional appearance and discipline expected of one.

This is a friendly reminder to wear your prescribed Field Study uniforms, reflecting our identity as student teachers. More than simply following a dress code, wearing the prescribed uniform symbolizes unity, professionalism, discipline, and readiness as we enter actual educational settings and begin experiencing the realities of the teaching profession.

See the uniform guidelines below.
