1. Aspiring candidates must submit their Certificate of Candidacy within the prescribed deadline.
2. Campaigning is allowed only from June 3 - 8, 2026 through online platforms. Candidates must observe proper netiquette at all times. Negative campaigning, defamation, or any act that discredits another candidate shall result in disqualification. No campaigning shall be allowed on Election Day.
3. Voting shall be conducted through Google Forms. Delegates may vote for only one (1) candidate per position.
4. The candidate who receives the highest number of votes shall be declared elected.
5. Unopposed candidates must still secure the required majority vote. Otherwise, the position shall remain vacant pending re-election.
