In observance of the Lenten Season, all classes at Batangas State University on 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆) will be conducted in 𝗔𝗦𝗬𝗡𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗦 mode.

Further, all non-teaching personnel and faculty members without scheduled synchronous classes will shift to a WFH setup, subject to existing university guidelines.

Requirements to be submitted on the scheduled day:

- Scholarship Form (to be issued by the staff of the Governor on the day of evaluation)
- Certified True Copy of Grades – 1st Semester, A.Y. 2025–2026
- Certificate of Registration (COR) / Registration Form – 2nd Semester, A.Y. 2025–2026
- Printed copy of School ID with three (3) specimen signatures
- Black ballpen

📌 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀:

- Submission will be done on campus only.
- Certified True Copy is not required for the Registration Form.
- You may download and print your Registration Form from your student portal.
- For any questions or clarifications, please proceed to the venue on March 30, 2026.

Should you have any concerns or clarification, you may visit the Scholarship and Financial Assistance Office, which is open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and located on the first floor of the Teresa Solis Building (formerly known as the CECS Building).
