The Public Administration Students Association (PASA), through the PASA Election Committee, officially opens the Filing of Candidacy for the PASA Elections 2026. We encourage dedicated, responsible, and service-oriented students to take this opportunity to lead, represent their fellow students, and contribute to the continued growth and development of the organization.

Interested candidates are advised to carefully review the election guidelines and qualifications before filing their candidacy.

The Public Administration Students Association (PASA) officially opens ๐๐€๐’๐€ ๐‡๐š๐ฅ๐š๐ฅ๐š๐ง 2026, marking the beginning of a new season of leadership, service, and democratic participation.

All aspiring candidates are encouraged to carefully review and follow the Election Guidelines, in accordance with the ๐€๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐œ๐ฅ๐ž ๐•๐ˆ๐ˆ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐š๐ง๐ข๐ณ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง'๐ฌ ๐‚๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐š๐ง๐ ๐๐ฒ-๐‹๐š๐ฐ๐ฌ, to ensure a fair, transparent, and credible electoral process.

โ€ข Filing of candidacy shall be on June 3, 2026.
โ€ข Candidates shall undergo a Trust Rating process. Only those who obtain at least 75% approval in the Trust Rating shall be considered official candidates.
โ€ข Election campaigning shall be conducted exclusively through online platforms on June 4, 2026. Campaigning on election day is strictly prohibited.
โ€ข Voting shall be conducted through Google Forms on June 5, 2026. Voters may cast their vote only once using their G Suite accounts.
โ€ข Candidates who receive the highest number of votes shall be declared winners. In uncontested positions, a candidate must obtain at least 75% of the votes cast to be declared elected.

Students, faculty members, and university personnel gathered in unity and patriotism as the national flag was raised with pride. The ceremony reflected the values of leadership, discipline, and shared responsibility, reminding the Red and White Community of its collective commitment to service, excellence, and nation-building.

Our guest speaker, Mr. Von Patrick Caraan, inspired the Red and White Community to continuously pursue excellence and strive to become better versions of themselves each day. Meanwhile, Atty. Alvin R. De Silva recognized the NROTC Cadets for their exemplary performance and unwavering dedication in embodying the Universityโ€™s core values of excellence and patriotism during every Flag Raising Ceremony throughout the academic year.
