For those applicants whose those online application status is INCOMPLETE due to missing requirements.

For Grade 12 Grades: Please provide clear PDF scans showing both the front and back of your card. If your grades are not yet available, you must wait until your school officially releases your Grade 12 grades before uploading them.

Good Moral Character: Please submit your latest Certificate of Good Moral Character issued by the school where you are currently enrolled. If this is not yet available, you may temporarily upload a Certificate of Good Conduct by the school where you are currently enrolled.

Ishihara Test: Please provide clear PDF scans showing your Ishihara Test result. (If you don’t yet have your Ishihara Test Result, you can take the free Ishihara test at the Fernando Lipa Campus)

For Transferee:

Transcript of Records / Certificate of Grades: Please provide clear PDF scans showing your grades. If your grades are not yet available, you may temporarily upload your Certificate of Enrollment while waiting for your school to release your official grades. Once your school releases your grades, make sure to upload your TOR/Certificate of grades to your online application before taking the exam.

• Good Moral Character: Please submit your latest Certificate of Good Moral Character issued by the school where you are currently enrolled.

• Ishihara Test: Please provide clear PDF scans showing your Ishihara Test result.(If you don’t yet have your Ishihara Test Result, you can take the free Ishihara Test at the Fernando Lipa Campus)

For Grade 12 grades: If your report card is not yet available, you can no longer use a Certificate of Enrollment as a substitute for your Grade 12 Report Card. Instead, you must wait until your school officially releases your Grade 12 grades before finalizing your portal upload.

For Transferees: You may temporarily upload your Certificate of Enrollment while waiting for your currently school to release your official grades.

Please be reminded that only applicants who provide correct and complete information in the Admission Portal will be entertained.

📣 ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

We are pleased to let you know that the online application for admission A.Y. 2027-2028 will start on September 1, 2026 until October 31, 2026 for everyone who wants to become a student at NAAP. Take note of the admission requirements and prepare the necessary documents for your application.

FOR INCOMING FRESHMEN:

1. Scanned copy of GRADE 12 Report Card (1st quarter or 2nd quarter, whichever is available)
2. Scanned copy of the latest Good Moral Character
3. 1x1 formal picture with white background (with collar)
4. Ishihara Test (issued by an Ophthalmologist)

FOR TRANSFEREES*
1. Scanned copy of Scanned copy of Transcript of Records (TOR)
2. Scanned copy of the latest Good Moral Character
3. 1x1 formal picture with white background (with collar)
4. Ishihara Test (issued by an Ophthalmologist)

Note for Transferees: If in case your Transcript of Records is not available you may submit the Certificate of Enrollment or Registration, and Evaluation of Grades from your current school, signed by the College or University Registrar.

*Please be advised that incomplete requirements will not be evaluated.

To all applicants who are able to visit the Lipa Campus: The NAAP Lipa Campus Medical Clinic will begin offering FREE Ishihara Test starting on September 1, 2026 until October 31, 2026. These tests will be available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4: 00 pm, except on holidays and weekends.
