Higit pa sa mga paniniwalang minana, ang kanilang mga kuwento at sining ang nagsisilbing patunay ng lalim at lawak ng kulturang Pilipino. 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐝. 💙

Every emotion—𝘑𝘰𝘺, 𝘚𝘢𝘥𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴, 𝘈𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘳, 𝘍𝘦𝘢𝘳, 𝘈𝘯𝘹𝘪𝘦𝘵𝘺, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘋𝘪𝘴𝘨𝘶𝘴𝘵—has a place in shaping who we are. Not every day will be filled with joy, and not every struggle will be visible. Sometimes, we need to sit with our sadness, acknowledge our fears, and remind ourselves that it is okay not to be okay.

This 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐲, let us create spaces where feelings are welcomed, struggles are heard, and seeking help is met with compassion rather than judgment.
