Ms. Maurene's career in Marketing began with a simple decision: following the path her friends had chosen. What started as a choice made out of curiosity and familiarity eventually became a career shaped by years of leadership and a passion for inspiring others. Today, her journey reflects how one decision can open doors to opportunities you never expected.

Ms. Din began her professional journey as an intern at Culinary Adventures Inc. at Mount Malarayat Golf and Country Club. What began as an internship soon opened the door to something more. After completing her internship, she was given the opportunity to join the company as a Marketing Staff.
That opportunity became the first chapter of a career that would continue to grow within the same organization. Almost four years later, she now serves as a Marketing Supervisor while also handling Sales.
From being the intern who was learning from those around her, Ms. Din eventually became someone entrusted with guiding others. Her journey reflects how experience can gradually turn into responsibility, and how the lessons learned at the beginning of a career can eventually become lessons shared with the next generation.

Today, Ms. Din oversees marketing activities for multiple brands and outlets under Culinary Adventures. Her responsibilities extend across restaurants, the bakery, tea houses, catering events, and social media.
Working across different brands and platforms requires more than creativity. It calls for organization, strategic thinking, communication, and the ability to adapt to different audiences and situations. Her role in both Marketing and Sales gives her a wider view of how ideas are developed, communicated, and ultimately connected to business goals.
Perhaps one of the most meaningful parts of her current role is the opportunity to mentor interns. The experience has come full circle. The person who once entered the workplace as an intern is now helping guide others who are only beginning to discover where their own careers might lead.
