| The online application for Mid-Year Graduation for the first semester of Academic Year 2025–2026 will reopen from December 8 to 14, 2025. All applicants are encouraged to ensure that they have no pending academic or non-academic deficiencies to avoid delays within the application period.

The Online Application for Graduation will be reopened from June 16–20, 2025 for students across all campuses. Access your application via SIS account. Make sure to clear the following before applying:
• Academic: INC, NO grade, Not S/P, and course accreditations
• Non-Academic: Form 137-A (with “Copy for PUP” remark) & Birth Certificate

| Please be informed that the Printing of Certificate of Candidacy (COC) will be opened from January 15 until February 16, 2025. Kindly check your SIS account and print your COC, so that your name will be included in the list of Candidates for Graduation.
