Our office proudly congratulates our staff member, Mr. Andre Jose L. Esplana, Office Programmer, for being named the 2026 Outstanding Administrative Personnel Bukod-Tangi CFNR COS Awardee.
Since joining the Office of the College Secretary in July 2023 as a programmer, Mr. Esplana has proven himself to be an indispensable asset through his unique combination of technical expertise and wholehearted dedication in serving the College as an administrative support staff member. Students navigating their degree programs, as well as staff members within the unit, have greatly benefited from his ability to bridge the gap between complex data management systems and everyday academic needs.
In his dual role, he consistently delivers exceptional service by leveraging his programming skills to modernize office workflows while maintaining a strong presence as a dependable administrative staff member. Whether developing digital solutions to streamline records management or providing direct assistance to the faculty, staff, and students of the College of Forestry and Natural Resources, his contributions have significantly enhanced office efficiency and elevated the quality of service extended to all clients.
His dependability, technical competence, and professional integrity have earned him the respect and admiration of many, making him truly deserving of recognition as one of the first recipients of the Bukod-Tangi CFNR COS Award.
