Important reminders from the Security Management Office (SMO) for our upcoming graduation ceremony:
1. 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗧𝗟𝗬 𝗗𝗿𝗼𝗽-𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 (𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝟭): Only students will be allowed to be dropped off at Gate 1. No vehicles, except those for guests and VIPs, will be permitted to enter.
2. 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗧𝗟𝗬 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆: Each graduate is allowed only one accompanying person. The SMO will enforce this rule and will not allow entry to more than one accompanying person per graduate.
3. 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗶𝘁 𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀: Use Gate 1 for entrance and Gate 2 for exit.
These measures are in place for our safety and to ensure the smart use of our available resources.
